At MetaPhy Health, we spent the past year improving how we support both patients and providers in this environment. We’ve created a reliable, scalable system that helps patients living with chronic conditions get the education and support they need between visits, while giving practices a trusted partner to deliver that support as demand grows.
A Year of Growth
Over the past year, MetaPhy reached several meaningful milestones. We surpassed one million patient encounters through the MyCare Program, each representing a real interaction with a patient who received ongoing support, education, or reassurance.
We also expanded our network of provider partners nationwide. As new patients joined our programs, our Virtual Care Team maintained a personal, patient-centered approach.
Another key milestone this year was the introduction of Cara, MetaPhy’s AI-powered nurse. Cara was designed to support our team by handling time-intensive tasks such as routing calls, generating clinical documentation, and flagging urgent needs in real time, enabling our care team to focus more on meaningful patient interaction and less on administrative tasks.
