MetaPhy Health Partners with Carolina Digestive Health Associates

MetaPhy Health is pleased to announce the launch of its newest program at Carolina Digestive Health Associates in the greater Charlotte, NC area. Carolina Digestive Health Associates (CDHA) is comprised of 14 accredited gastroenterologists providing services across eight offices and five endoscopy centers. “We will begin this initial phase of the program by providing our Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring services to patients of Dr. Fred Fowler,” said Lisa Harris, AVP of Program Operations for MetaPhy. “We are very excited about our partnership with CDHA and are looking forward to working with Dr. Fowler, as well as additional CDHA providers.” Dr. Fowler added, “I believe we are witnessing a tidal wave of liver disease from NASH. The first line of defense is diet and exercise, and there is no better way to succeed than working with MetaPhy.”
