MetaPhy Health Reaches 250k Patient Encounters

MetaPhy is thrilled to announce a very exciting company milestone that was achieved in March. The Comprehensive Care Management company completed its 250,000th patient encounter since enrolling their very first patient in Little Rock, AR back in December 2017. “Our Virtual Care Team has come such a long way in the last 4 years, and I could not be prouder of everything they do each and every day to help these patients,” said Amy Adams, VP of Corporate Operations for MetaPhy. “Exceeding a quarter of a million successful phone calls with patients to review, discuss, and give guidance related to their current health situation is no small feat. Our team works tirelessly day in and day out to make sure patients have the knowledge, resources, and encouragement they need in order to achieve their personal health goals.” Rick Jacques, CEO of MetaPhy, added, “Without all of the hard work our Care Coordinators put into their patients, from regular phone calls to check in on them, to texts and emails to help keep them motivated, and everything else they do behind the scenes to help their patients, we would not be where we are today.
